JL Corporate Housing provides luxury short term rentals to traveling employees and tourists in Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our apartments will be priced on a day to day price model. Customers will be able to book trips on our website and our partner sites. We will also advertise our services to larger local businesses in need of lodging solutions for their staff. At this time, we have a website and started social media presence. We do of course have a phone number, email, and address established. We are also, currently scaling for apartments to rent and creating interior design schemes for staging.
The funds will be used for working capital, staging apartments, and purchasing equipment and supplies.
