(2) Purchasing raw land and doing the site development and re selling the land to a developer for projects. This typically increases the land value 3 to 5 times the price. We have the expertise and connections to facilitate this process making a substantial profit while doing so.
(3) Purchase raw land, develop it and build single family homes on it. This type of development can return significant profits.
(4) Open real estate offices first in Houston, and then around the US with Commercial Real estate practices and Residential Real Estate as well. Our connections with Developers, Commercial Sellers and our ability to operate Residential offices in Houston and through out the United States give us a leg up over the competition.
The key highlights of that part of our business are listed below.

(1) In our first city, Houston, Texas, we will purchase land for flip, Site development or Build. Simultaneously we are ready to start our project in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
(2) We will set up a Commercial and Residential Real Estate office and hire commission agents to work for our brokerage.
(3) We will launch a professional website and mobile app to be used for marketing.
(4) As we enter each city, we will replicate that office and offering.
(5) The company will provide physical space, equipment, and connectivity.
(6) All our agents will be commissioned at a 60/40 split.
(7) We expect to open (4) cities within Texas by the end of year 1 and our newest resort in Playa del Carmen Mexico. In our subsequent years we will expand into other states and open (4) cities in year 2, (4) for year 3, (4) for year 4, and (4) more for year 5 for a total of 20 cities after 5 years.
