Letter from the Founder:

For the past 20+ years, I have been passionate about food, highlighting Asian cuisine, sustainability, and food security.  My visions of creating a space that would not only provide delectable meals while bringing the community together has come to fruition.  The landmark property and store known as ‘Jimtown’ intersected into my vision, and I grabbed hold.

I couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity. However, time is of the essence. Thanks to our ability to secure an SBA loan, we can take the first step towards this very important project.   This Seed funding request will be used to assist with the down required for the SBA loan.

I bring the unique combination of a life immersed in every aspect of the culinary world and a track record of growing and executing extraordinary projects that augment the cultural fabric of our North Bay community. I am pleased to invite you to join me as one of the investors in a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a new, woman, minority-owned business built on the bedrock of 20+ years of excellence.

Sincerely,
