                I am looking to open an established QSR (fast food) franchise from the west coast of the US that is now expanding in Florida. This concept has been around for approximately 61 years and has around 610 restaurants, and about a 50/50 spilt between corporate and franchised stores.  Will be signing a 5 store deal in which we have up to 5 years to open all units. I believe through diligent focus we can open these units up in about 75% to 66% of that time. We should experience positive cash flow within the first 60 days.  This concept currently signed a deal in Melbourne, Florida earlier in May 2021. They have now signed an 18 restaurant deal and are expanding north through Broward and into Volusia counties.  They have also signed a deal on the west coast of FL., in the Sarasota Bradenton area. 
               I am looking to secure and open up these units in Palm Beach county as soon as possible and bring this great concept to market.  I have been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, in casual/family dining. I've held all positions at all levels and for last 8-9 years I work at our corporate level. I was a multi-unit manager that over saw anywhere from $12-$15 million in annual gross sales, and managed multiple management  teams as large as 30 managers. I moved forward from that position and currently have  lead role for company in Culinary Operations.  With my drive and experience we will expend this awesome concept through Palm Beach county and further!
