In our increasingly interconnected world, the ability to navigate cultural diversity has become an indispensable skill. As societies grow more globalized and workplaces become increasingly diverse, the need for cultural intelligence – the capability to function effectively across cultures – has never been more pressing.
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) training seeks to provide a comprehensive framework for developing and enhancing cultural intelligence, equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in culturally diverse environments.
Cultural intelligence, or CQ, refers to an individual's capacity to adapt and function effectively in situations characterized by cultural diversity. It encompasses a multifaceted set of skills, including the ability to understand and appreciate cultural differences, adapt one's behavior to different cultural contexts, and build meaningful relationships across cultural boundaries.
Dr Joseph Green is the founder of JGI Consultants. He has facilitated cultural intelligence training for corporations and other organizations. Dr Green has authored several books including, "From Kilos to the kingdom", an autobiography of a life transformed, “The church that will turn the world upside down”, “Standing on the Rock”, and “Kingdom Business”, a book that discusses race, religion, and politics from a Biblical perspective.
JGI looks to expand its influence and reach facilitating CQ training in various sectors including public and private organizations.
