JENTEK Sensors (Marlborough/Amherst MA, Cocoa Beach FL) was founded in 1992, but recently reformatted our business from an R&D and customized solution company to a product focused mission with core data analytics software for advanced manufacturing and unique parallel architecture systems for sensing/observability of quality and condition for high value added processes and high value assets.
JENTEK 2024 customers include Blue Origin, GM, Air Force, Navy, Army and Petrobras. Product sales are ramping and production is being expanded. EBIT should pass $500,000 in 2024 and should approach $1million in 2025, with continuing growth acceleration. Revenue will pass $5million in 2024 including R&D contracts and product sales.
We seek $3 to 6 million in growth capital to continue our mission to capture market share. Note that two major competitors with inferior technology to JENTEK where recently purchased for $350 million and $2.1 Billion.
