We invest primarily in economic resistant industries and have been in business since 2019. We are 2 partners with a combined 40 years of mortgage and real estate experience.
We have successfully bought and sold our commercial real estate portfolio since our inception in 2019 with assets that range from medical, flex/office warehouse, retail and so on. We focus primarily in the medical, industrial, flex/warehouse and some retail industries. We look for value add opportunities with short term lease and potential upside by backfilling leases, negotiating lease extensions with blend and extends, as well as buying at portfolio pricing off market deals and taking to market individually. We are currently looking at a portfolio of health care assets and an investment of $3M. Our company will be utilizing financing, with our extensive finance relationships and experience, to fund the deals and will need the investment to secure this financing.
