Jazz on the Trinity

We promote and produce a live music festival in Ft. Worth, Texas called Jazz on the Trinity.  This single day event will take place at Panther Island Pavilion May 31st or June 14th, 2025. There will be five award winning jazz artists on the roster, food and merchant vendors. This is an outdoor venue and will require us to bring in all of the infrastructure except the stage. My artist budget is $110k, infrastructure $72k, marketing $65k, sound, staging, lighting $50k and miscellaneous $65k for a total $362k. The base ticket price is $125 which puts the breakeven point at 2800 patrons. The previous event took place in 2017 and hosted about 3500 patrons from across the U.S., and was a great success.  Our marketing efforts will be focused on attracting 5000  patrons which will give us a revenue of over 400k. We are attempting to raise the initial 100k to secure the venue, pay deposits on the artists, sound, and initial marketing efforts.  The rest of the monies will be gained through business funding. Our goal is to grow this into a three day event, that will bring music lovers together from all over. Consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated.
