I would like to open a mobile coffee shop. Then expand to a permanent location. Java Jaws will sell hot and iced coffee along with Italian sodas and energy drinks. The mobile shop can be set up daily in one location and also have the ability to travel for fairs, festivals, car shows, and sporting events. Also provide drinks at the port of entry if the interstate is closed during the winter, which happens quite often in Wyoming. Then once I am established I would like to partner with a local baker and open a small cafe.
