My company is a home renovation company specializing in exterior and interior renovations.
I have 5 carpenters for my interior work, and 3 crews for exterior work. They are all subcontracted and work exclusively for Jaren Renovations Ltd.
My main problem is that my business has grown too fast, I have taken on too many large jobs, i.e. basements & bathroom renovations, which takes considerable time to finish. Therefore this leaves me with diminished cash flow. I have been in business since 1996, and I have developed a large client list and referral base. I am currently turning business away which is a detriment to future growth. Currently I have over $150,000.00+ sitting in receivables.
The solution would be an infusion of capital.
Because I have been in business for such a long time, my advertising model is strictly social media, local paper and word of mouth, i.e. past customers & referrals.
There is lots of contractors in the market, competition is there, but it is healthy. There is more than enough work for everyone!
My vision is to be a local company, that does quality work and continue building my brand. At this time, we currently hold a large portion of the market.
Jaren Renovations, at the beginning, went from a $100,000 with a small crew to $1.2 million last year.
I am asking for $100,000 or more, if I qualify.
Projections - to be financially secure and to increase sales which will increase revenue.
I believe in myself, my company and the people that work with me. We are all on the same page, fully focused to take the company to the next level with your help.
