Jameson Ranch is the first of its kind.  The brainchild of Founders, Richard Wittwer and Jason Jones, Jameson Ranch is a Pioneering development meant to tip the residential real estate market on its collective head.  Jameson Ranch will be the first Fully Energy Autonomous mass real estate development to hit the market in the United States.  Touting complete “off the grid living” for each homeowner, the development will generate its own energy and handle all the waste within the footprint of the community; making its carbon footprint net zero; a first in the industry.

The development is planned for 742 acres just north of Mena, AR, surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest.  The property boasts nearly 3 miles of riverfront along the Clear Fork River, open pasture land richly suited for horses and cattle, three small lakes and stock ponds.  The property is currently being used to fee board hoses, sell small quantities of hay, fee lease cattle grazing, and storage of investment grade classic tractors for the owner.

New Horizons Holdings, LLC has acquired the current property, with full conveyance of existing real property, leases, and agreements, with minerals for $3.5 million.  Immediately upon conveyance and closing, New Horizon Holdings will Master Plan the property under the new name of Jameson Clear Fork Ranch, and record the property under a plat.  Once the Master Planning and platting processes are completed, the newly badged Jameson Clear Fork Ranch will develop a full marketing strategy and marketing plan for the purpose of presale of homesites for the First ever Carbon Negative, Fully Energy Autonomous Community in the world!

Richard Wittwer is a 2005 Organizational Management graduate of John Brown University, and a Distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force.  His distinctive military service recognized his unique leadership qualities and highlighted his dedication and determination to be a consistent innovator in all he does.  During his extensive 25 plus years of varied Operational and Program Management, he has done everything associated with standing up new organizations and delivering projects and products on time and under budget.  His unique ability to assess critical processes and systems to best identify how to improve efficiencies has saved his organizations more than $10M tangible budgeted dollars, and empowered those organizations to succeed and deliver over $300M of directly managed services for companies such as Bucyrus Erie, Peabody Coal, Texas Utilities and Texas Westmoreland.
 
Richard’s specific expertise and experience with logistics supply chains, multiple team management and supervision, and adaptability to multiple and varied work conditions, as well as successful management and delivery of individual projects in excess of $40M each will be of particular benefit to whatever endeavor in which he is involved.  He brings extreme intellect and practical application to Jameson Ranch and will be a key contributor and difference maker in directing the daily operations for the ranch throughout its’ development and will help shape the sustaining operations of energy resources for the new community.
 
Jason Jones is a 1992 Civil Engineering Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with specific and unique experience developing real estate globally.  His time in the Air Force afforded him the rare opportunity to manage projects and developments globally in support of satellite and space assets for nations around the world.  He developed 100-year growth strategies for space infrastructure and assets, and established implementation protocols for dual $2.5T Infrastructure and Real Estate programs for space dependent organizations globally.
Post Air Force, Jason was instrumental with developing a new headquarters for Public Service Company of Colorado (now known as Xcel Energy) field and dispatch operations through construction of a new 26 story office tower in downtown Denver, and the renovation and expansion of the Lipan Distribution Center just south of downtown Denver.  He has fee developed and managed infrastructure development for over 1.5 million acres of land for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development in Colorado, California, Georgia, and Texas.
For the past 15 years, Jason has diversified his expertise to include eradicating hunger in food deserts through the development of fresh food systems utilizing food hubs and logistics.  He has also worked tirelessly to revive agricultural development through new growing techniques on the continent of Africa.
