Financial Projections - 3 Years

After great sales success in the European and Brazilian markets and building the Jacu Coffee brand. Jacu Coffee is expanding to Miami to roast exclusively for luxury hotels and cruise ships. Jacu Coffee is now negotiating with 18 luxury hotels and two cruise ship lines in Miami to upgrade their coffee service. Jacu Coffee cannot finalize the contracts until it has a warehouse and roastery in South Florida. Expansion will be across the United States. We already have been presenting Jacu Coffees to hotels in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. The roastery in Miami will also service customers in Orlando and the West Coast of Florida. The cruise ship lines we have been negotiating with in Florida also have departure ports in Southern California. The goal is to have Jacu Coffee served on all the ships on their global sailing circuit.

The value of the contracts with the hotels and cruise ship lines is over 13 million per year (see financial forecast and projections). The term of the contracts are two or three years. Jacu Coffee has a 27% gross profit margin in these contracts.

So, you ask why hotels and cruise lines, the most famous brands in the world, want to change from their current coffee. Simple, we asked all the chefs and executives of the hotel, cruise lines and restaurants this question. Why would you serve outstanding food and beverages in a luxury environment and serve average coffee? We gave the hotels and cruise lines samples of our coffee portfolio to taste, and the line of communication was open. Hotels got amazing positive reaction from their staff while brewing and tasting the coffee. One chef at a Michelin Star restaurant in Surfside, Florida told us he is addicted.

Jacu Coffees cost to the hotels and cruise ship lines, is the same price they are paying now, and they will be serving the top three percent of coffee harvested in the world, it has been an easy sell. We have scheduled presentations in September to resort companies in Las Vegas.

The stories behind Jacu Coffees are as amazing as is the taste of the coffee. Jacu Coffee is not only a producer of coffee in Brazil and has won numerous awards for its coffee. We also feature coffees from women producers who make up only one-half of one percent of the front end of the coffee supply chain. We are featuring these women producers from Ethiopia and Latin American countries for the 2023 to 2026 harvest and have secured production for the next six years.

Jacu Coffee has a patented technology to process fermented coffees a centuries-old process that could only be achieved in small batches. Batches so small you can find fermented coffees selling at Harrod’s in London for $900 a pound. Coffee houses which are on almost every corner in South Florida serve coffee rating of 65 points for taste by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Jacu Coffees are rated 88 to 91 points by the SCA. The best coffee ever rated by the SCA was 98 points. Our patented fermentation process raises that SCA rating score by five points for green coffee beans guaranteeing we can supply a hall of fame roasted coffee on demand at the same price hotels and cruise lines are paying for average coffee.

Our coffees are organic, fair trade, kosher, and best farming practices certified by UTZ and most are certified by Rain Forrest Alliance. Jacu Coffee always pays producers a higher price for their coffees and has invested in social responsibility programs. Our producers love us, and we love their coffees.

Our profit margin is 30% on roasted coffees and the green bean storage warehouse operating at 80% capacity storing green coffee beans in 20,000 square feet of warehouse space for other importers will provide $63,000 in monthly rental income.

We are asking for a $875,000 to $1.250,000 investment for equipment purchases and expenses in setting up the warehouse and roastery in Opa-Locka, Florida.

Jacu Coffee already has an inventory of 500,000 pounds of green coffee beans stored in Brazil and Ethiopia ready to be shipped to Miami. These green beans are owned by Jacu Coffee SAS. The shelf life of green coffee beans in the conditions in this new Miami warehouse is two years with zero degradation.

We plan to build on the exposure Jacu Coffees will receive from coffee service at hotels and cruise ships to open our e-commerce site in the United States. (jacucofee.com) As we are building on the brand in the United Kingdom opening pop-up stores in London. The first jacu Coffee pop-up is in Knightsbridge. With the success of sales to luxury hotels and Michelin restaurants it is time to test the viability of a new specialty coffee retail offer in the UK.

Retail pricing of the coffees sold on an USA e-commerce site start at $12.50 for 12 ounces, we will also sell our micro-lots prices start at $15.50 to $37.50 for 12 ounces.
