 I work in the addiction recovery space; and will be retiring from the non-profit industry at the end of 2027. Having worked previously in engineering and project management, I have developed a highly-effective sober living model that is being used in rural areas.  I have some liquidity; and would purchase and hold approximately 12 single-family homes, which would be leased to the non-profit. They would charge programming fees for individual beds; and handle all property management responsibilities.

I hope to have this up and running by the time I retire in late 2027. At that time, I will evaluate, adjust if necessary, and scale the business up. I have agreement from several of our partners to refer program participants; and may work on developing a larger recovery housing community to address need on a more regional basis.
