Ivey Estates & Designs is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington general contractor building a better way to deliver custom homes and barndominiums. Our goal is to become the Tri-Cities’ go-to barndominium and custom-home builder by solving the biggest problem in custom construction: turning an idea into a finished home.
Anyone can find or design a floor plan. Far fewer know how to take that vision through land development, engineering, permitting, utilities, site work, shell construction, trades, finishes, inspections and occupancy. That is our “Dirt to Door” model—one team managing the project from concept through move-in.
Led by an experienced project manager with 10+ years of hands-on project, customer, vendor and operations experience, Ivey Estates has established its licensing, insurance, project-management systems, supplier relationships and growing subcontractor network.
Our first showcase build will demonstrate the Dirt to Door model while establishing repeatable estimating, procurement, scheduling and construction systems designed to support future customer projects and long-term growth throughout Eastern Washington and surrounding states and areas.
