We are a small enterprise specializing in the construction of tiny homes. Our organization is looking to expand its reach by establishing a tiny home community in Live Oak, Florida. We aim to construct a community comprising 5-10 units located on 5-acre property. (We already have the location and site plans). We have sold over 25 tiny homes since our inception just two years ago. Our tiny homes are available in a broad price range of $25,000-$50,000, including a fully furnished and customizable living space.
As a builder, I am frequently approached by clients who inquire about the availability of rental spaces. Many of my clients are interested in purchasing tiny homes but are unable to do so due to a lack of suitable places to locate them. Given that Florida is an all-aged community, my proposed tiny home community will cater to all demographics. The community will feature a custom-built community center that includes an outdoor area and a pool.
Our team comprises four skilled individuals capable of undertaking every aspect of the project. This new tiny home community is conveniently situated near shopping districts, and hospitals! To reside in our tiny home community, you must purchase a tiny home from our catalog, with each space requiring a monthly lot rent. The land for the development spans 2.5 acres and includes a club house, pool, and waterfront. We have a strict policy against allowing RVs and mobile homes in the community to maintain the tiny home aesthetic.
