 $150,000.  needed for startup of a unique model of an Italian Bistro in Myrtle Beach. I have extensive management experience, 30 yrs , in restaurant / retail management. As a GM,  I have successfully managed businesses, ranging from $ 12,000. per wk to $32,000. per wk  gross sales . As a DM, I have been part of management teams responsible for achieving gross sales, ranging from $60,000. to $1,300,000. per wk.  I have specifically managed and partnered, in Italian Bistro / restaurants throughout my career. I have also had the privilege to train and work with some of best trained and most accomplished Chefs throughout my career. This  particular model, is an original and unique concept, that does not yet exist anywhere. This concept also has the potential to become an excellent franchise model to offer in the future. The specifics are a unique culmination of years of research, while working in the industry.  The menu will consist of  homemade Italian specialties with a line of products including but not limited to , specialty ice cream,  pastries, coffees, sandwich line, as well as unique original creations,  just to name a few.  Also,  99% of all specialty items will be  fresh made on the premises!
