We have a patent-pending formula on color flame sparklers with minimal smoke and strike to light capabilities. We are seeking funding to create the first USA made factory for sparklers as the USA imports nearly $200M per year from China. We currently do between $20K to $30K in online revenue sales and we've only been in business for 6 months. China produces the same gold or silver wrapper sparkler for 99% of the world. Our sparklers are currently made in Mexico and are both superior and cheaper in many different ways. We also provide full customized branding on the sparkler so that venues can promote their brand via online social media when online content is shared with the sparklers. We produce both traditional and color flame sparklers. We are one of the only companies in the world that can produces color changing flames with nearly no smoke which allows for indoor usage and the ultimate branding experiencing. Think red, white & blue color changing sparklers for 4th of July that can be used in indoor venues. 

With the funding raise, we will be able to produce an automated manufacturing factory that will allow us to produce large volume amounts at extremely low costs and begin taking over markets. Our focus on quality, customization and innovation will set us apart from Chinese producers. We currently make anywhere between 30-100% profit margin depending on the sales channel and quantities with average being at 37%. Lowering costs with automated production will increase that margin to well over 50% average. Our main target customer for larger quantities are nightlife & hospitality companies that have high end venues with sparkler. We are in discussion with a few big retailers as well to bring this to physical locations across the USA.

There are currently 3 main team members that assist with administrative tasks while our exclusive manufacturing agreement in Mexico has a team of 7 that is committed to producing top quality iSPARX sparklers. We would looking to bring some of the main members of our Mexico team to the USA to help create automated production. My name is Sam Ajouz and I am the CEO & founder.
