IronMike Solutions LLC is a veteran led organization with a focus on Emergency Security, Asset Reclamation and Private Military Services. 

 

Positioned in a growing $260 billion market, we aim to reach $800 million by 2030 or sooner.  
 
 We have three main revenue streams to include the following: 
           1. Emergency Security: Which includes responses to Civil Disturbance, Naturals Disasters, Close Protection and Hard Extractions in difficult environments including War Zones.
            2. Private Military Services:  Which include all aspects of Military, Law Enforcement and Security Training to governments and private companies around the world. 
            3. Asset Reclamation:  This will be our largest potential for revenue and wealth building whereby we contract with third world governments, that have suffered the loss of petroleum, precious minerals, agricultural and rare earth mineral resources from rebel groups and bandits for a 30 to 50 percentage of ownership and management of the recovered assets and provide ongoing security to these assets. 

 

Our Flagship 1500-acre operations facility is being developed in the USA. Further operating facilities to follow in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South America and the Far East.

 10% Five Year Convertible Debentures. Total offering $450 million.
