Over the last few months, we've built an AI-powered game platform that makes it nearly effortless for influencers and social media users to reap rewards by generating, scheduling, promoting & playing relevant, rewarding pay-to-play trivia-style quiz games with fans, followers, family & friends. 

We anticipate that, as the user base grows, advertisers will take an interest in advertising on relevant tourney topics & demographics of interest within the user base, but at present we are proceeding on a pay-to-play basis. We will offer users rewarding one-on-one matches, mini-tourneys, and full tournaments. 

1.  This month, we are launching, first in Brazil. 

2. After our launch in Brazil, we will be taking IQGames to the world. Our game platform is already designed to function in 80+ languages, enabling us to engage the rest of the world with alacrity. 

3. While IQGames plans to continue to function as a stand alone business, we have (to provide our investors with optionality and ultimiately liquidity), we have identified and are working with a public U.S. company to which the technology can be licensed. Terms of the license/cooperation agreement are to be agreed.

4. While our platform involves no betting, gambling or speculation of any kind, but only games of knowledge, skill & memory, our game model is informed by gaming neuorscience. We have recently obtained a legal opinion from a Brazilian law firm telling us our play falls well outside Brazil's gambling parameters.

5.  An application for a patent on the game platform technology is already pending. We will expand on this filing as we go international.

Investment in the form of a SAFE is preferred, but we are flexible.
