We would be rolling our existing advertising business into a new “marketing law firm entity” we’ll need to create and would be based in AZ. We are seeking a $2.6M investment, either from one individual or from an investment group. Those who invest this amount would become a one third owner, have a board seat and it is projected that their investment would yield a projected 65% annual return over the next 10-years. In AZ, an “Alternative Business Structure” can be created which allows non-lawyers to own an equity stake in a law firm and share in legal fees with lawyers.
