I have fallen in love with reforming my communities Health and Wellness. My desire is to open a studio in my area where I can run Youth Sports and Conditioning programs. Classes for our senior population and train the athlete as well as the new mom. Chronic disease runs rampant through our country with most of those diseases being preventable. I love working with the youth and it's never too late to start.
