Problem:
Even though HNWIs in Asia have grown in population to 7.4 million and in wealth to $25.7 trillion, HNWIs in Asia do not have access to high-quality tech investment opportunities in the global private market. They only get invitations to invest in leftover deals from other investors in the U.S. and Europe, don't have the check size that is big enough to risk with one deal, and don’t have experience to do the due diligence.

Target Market:
Our beachhead market is HNWIs in Asia, focusing on the market in Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan with an estimated market size of US$118B. Most of them are entrepreneurs who own successful businesses whether self-made or family-owned and want to diversify their investment in the private market worldwide to grow their wealth, find strategic solutions for their businesses, as well as create positive impacts through their investment.

Business Model:
We generate recurring revenue by charging 1.5% - 3% management fees per annum (7-10 years period) on the committed capital from investors, and 10% of carry interest upon the exit of the company. We partner with financial institutions, brokerage firms, and HNWI communities to get access to our target group and offer them referral fees.

Management Team:

Paramee Intarachumnum, CEO & Co-founder, Invext, was a Former Growth Lead who led the Innovation Team at RISE and spun off Invext out of RISE as Invext has raised $2.46M and generated over $37.8K ARR. She is currently an executive MBA student at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, connecting with fellow executives and alumni, and a president of Young Entrepreneurs Thai Chamber of Commerce Bangkok with the robust network of entrepreneurs in Thailand and Asia. She was also a former strategic planner at Ogilvy with a strength in strategic marketing and communications.  She also invests and sits the management team of one of the successful live music bars in Thailand.

Dr. Kid Parchariyanon (Advisor) is the CEO and Co-Founder of RISE, a leading corporate innovation consulting company, working with over 500 corporations, family businesses, and governments in Asia to drive their growth and sustainability. He is also the Managing Partner of SeaX Ventures, a US-based, DeepTech VC fund that invests in exponential startups globally. In just three years, he has had three unicorn portfolios: Solana, Band Protocol, and Bitkub. SeaX has $70 million in assets under management. He is also a Stanford GSB Executive Program Alumni.
