International REI Productions, Inc. is a trade show and conference company uniquely positioned to take advantage of the fourteen trillion-dollar real estate investment industry and the conference and trade show industry that is projected to rise by over four hundred billion dollars by 2027 in the United States alone. Our high technology productions digitize convention centers into a computer program allowing the attendees to walk through the center in the form of their own avatar. Although our beginning is with real estate investors, we will profit further through the use of our program with associations and other groups to further their experience. Along with our virtual platform, we will also do hybrid trade shows where the virtual and in-person shows are merged, thus bringing about an exciting new experience.

·        We have twenty-four salespeople (associate producers) located strategically in some of the top convention center cities in the United States.
·        Our virtual platform draws people into the tradeshow through the use of digitized attendees as avatars and digitized convention centers.
·        We have developed systems that enable us to provide high-quality virtual trade shows and conferences at a lower cost. Trade show booths in the events will go for nothing upfront and only ten dollars per visitor with spending caps put on by the exhibitors.
·        We currently have eleven real estate investor organizations as sponsors with membership numbers of over eight million real estate investors who have an average net worth of four and one-half million dollars.
·        We currently have an acquired (not purchased) email list of over 1,210,000 emails of real estate investors.
 ·        We currently have contracts with eighteen speakers and contact with over 230 more speakers for our events.
·        We are currently in communication with eighty-four potential exhibitors who have responded to our marketing emails.

Our Key personnel are:

Colonel Bill Burch - President and Producer
Bill is the founder, President, and CEO of International REI Productions, Inc. Bill has held conferences before in Texas and Colorado. Bill has been a successful businessman all his life. As the owner of a Nextel Dealership Bill sold the largest cellular deal in history (1.2 Billion dollars). Colonel Burch is an International award-winning auctioneer. Bill was co-founder of Sunburst, Inc. which at the time was the highest volume offsite resort marketing company in the world. Bill co-founded WorldCrest Renovation whose clients included Ritz Carlton Hotels, Mauna Launi Bay Resort, Bell Helicopter, many other resorts, hotels, office and commercial facilities, and government entities. Over a two-year period, Bill took $100,000 and turned it into ten million dollars worth of property. During the Vietnam War Bill served in the Army Security Agency and held a Top-Secret Crypto Clearance. Bill is a disabled veteran.
 
Stephen Tomutsa - Executive Vice-President
Stephen has been with International REI Productions, Inc from its beginning and is the Executive Vice-President.  Stephen is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Stephen received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Chico State University of California and then went on to receive his Master of Arts in Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, where he studied Counseling from a Catholic Christian perspective. From there Stephen settled in the great state of Texas. Stephen has worked in house flipping for several years and is a member of several clubs locally and nationally. Stephen is known and well-respected throughout the industry. Stephen handles most of the ticket sales but also works with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. Stephen has signed up eleven sponsors who have combined memberships of over 8,000,000 real estate investors.
 
Marcus Ruiz - Vice-President Marketing & IT
Marcus is the Vice-President for Marketing and IT but also works with speakers and attendees. Marcus has been instrumental in helping to establish many REI clubs in the United States and brings with him a list of over 1,210,000 real estate investors that were acquired while helping to establish eight REI clubs,
Marcus has experience in public relations and marketing. From employee relations, organizational development, learning design & blended solutions, to facilitating high-stakes meetings & creating long-term strategies to address corporate issues. Specializes in publicity, strategic marketing, event planning, and Web sites.  Passionate about stakeholder engagement. Keen awareness for effective outreach & communications to ensure a positive image.
 
Maria Papli - Telemarketing Vice-President
​Maria is the Telemarketing Vice-President. Maria Papli is a results-driven sales professional with 13+ years of experience in the Microsoft Customer Service and Sales ecosystem where she was in charge of over 7000 telemarketers. Her expertise lies in sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and service delivery innovation. Maria has a proven track record in influencing global stakeholders, driving sales performance, and improving customer experiences. She holds active certifications in Commercial Technology Sales, Project Management, Psychology, and Community Emergency Response tracks. Maria’s work has been recognized with many awards, including the Microsoft One Services Summit Peak Performer Award and the Microsoft One Week Hackathon Sustainability Global 1st Place. As the former CEO of MP Enterprises OÜ, Maria demonstrates strategic thinking and analytical skills to ensure accountability for the company's success. Maria’s favorite sales toy is artificial intelligence. 

Karen Bennett – Regional Manager-Eastern Region
Karen has been in the fashion trade show industry for 24 years.  She launched Stylemax at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago and worked for ENK International as a Trade Show Coordinator.  She excelled at sales, logistics, client relations, and retention, which she utilized to create her own trade show.  Operating successfully over the past 16 years.  She has an elevated level of taste and expertise in the trade show arena.  Working within the U.S. and sourcing clients Internationally.  Karen enjoys, rowing, tennis, kayaking, and competitive shooting.

Steve Sklenar - Regional Manager-Western Region
Steve is an accomplished and versatile professional with 20+ years of experience in optimizing growth and profitability through an outstanding blend of sales, management, and leadership expertise. Significant experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities through intuitive analyses of competitive and market characteristics/trends and guiding targeted sales planning and management. An articulate and compelling communicator, networker, recruiter, and leader with proven ability to direct high visibility projects; establish productive, trustful relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners; and build talented, motivated sales and management teams. Steve brings his vast experience to International REI Productions as he builds his staff of four Supervising Producers and twenty-four Associate Producers
