InterAct LifeLine is a prevention program to help parents minimize opioid overdose risk in their adolescents. The mobile app pairs with wearables like Fitbits to extract the key data that indicate overdose and engage in an alert system to get help to the adolescent in time to prevent overdose deaths. Our company, Convey Services, has been providing portal technology and content networks since 2013 primarily to the telecommunications, cloud and insurance industries. We formed InterAct LifeLine in 2019 following the overdose death of the CEO's daughter to use our technology to raise people's awareness of the risk of substance misuse, connect them to education and support, and to provide extended services for people in recovery.
Pilot programs began in the winter of 2020 and were suspended based on the Pandemic. We are now re-energizing the initiative with the educational and support portal currently online and a focus on developing the alert and monitoring system in combination with the mobile application. We launch a crowdfunding campaign in Mid-May.
