Creating Virtual Inspire Pro Sports and Entertainment Inspire UNI.verse in a 3D or 4D format on a gaming platform for enhanced eCommerce Platform applications for their Industry. We are building this for the Pro Sports and Entertainment Industry. The build will include all NATO Countries for the Canada USA Ukraine Peace Initiative. Family Owned Tech Company, Family Owned Entertainment Company and Family Owned Foundation - no debt - no stock sold - own 3 additional Social Media Sites - one for Collateral on a short term Business Loan also secured by $30M plus in Canadian World Tour Peace Conference and Live Aid Concerts Ticket Sales to the Inspire Foundation's Lawyers Trust Fund. This loan format has been done for three previous large events and our previous lawyer (retired) has endorsed the procedure through a letter to us including ledger showing loan and payout. This is included in the event presentation. Our family is donating the Inspire Pro Sports and Entertainment World Community Foundation including our five "for profit" subsidiaries and all stock. We are currently debt free except for the CERB Government Loan that will be repaid in the same format that our current Inspire Business Loan Lenders will be paid. The Pro Sports and Entertainment Industry's (NFL USA and CFL Canada) will be the beneficiary of the donation within 60 days.
There is no involvement to date with anyone outside our family. The Tech Company are listed as Inspire Virtual Media Corp. and LLC, the Entertainment Company is listed as Inspire Global Entertainment Venue and Ticketing Corp. and LLC. I have researched and developed this for four years as we lost three and a half years due to the pandemic not allowing us to pre launch with our World Peace Tour and Live Aid Concerts. We also own three social media platforms that were built for testing and will be annexed to our new Virtual Inspire UNI.verse™.
Note: Inspire Global Entertainment Venue and Ticketing Company will be owned by the Pro Sports and Entertainment Industry for the Pro Sports and Entertainment industry thus making the Pro Sports and Entertainment Industry the Promoter and the customer resulting in elimination of resale tickets and gouging ticket prices which will now just be refunded or one can donate to others in need. Our first contract is an Inspire 32 World Peace Tour and Live Aid Concerts with net revenues including Live Aid Concerts, Documentaries and Donations that will exceed one billion dollars with only two beneficiaries. The Inspire Pro Sports and Entertainment Industry and the Inspire Pro Sports and Entertainment World Community Foundation for Peace. No middleman no resales.
