We are one of the preferred in-ground pool builders for THE fastest growing retirement community in the United States. While our business is doing phenomenal, we can achieve a higher level of customer service and satisfaction, as well as more sales by increasing our control of all aspects of the building process with labor, stocking materials and more equipment. We currently employ over 10 field and office staff with 10-15 subcontractors. We have our own dig crew, plumbing crew and irrigation crew with skid steer, excavator, and trencher as well as multiple vehicles and trailers. The sales are endless in this area and the growth potential is substantial. We have grown from a company selling minimal in 2017 to a sales volume of over $10 million last year. Our goal is to handle more volume and become THE preferred in-ground pool builder instead of "one of" and that is only possible through equipment, material back stock and labor.
