The Market for water-based coatings is $71B.  Our Business model as it stands today is to grow by creating master distributors.  Currently, have 3 signed outside the US, 1 signed in the US today, and several more lining up to come on board.   Each master distributor commits to ordering $500K US annually.  Our goal is to grow master distributors by doubling every year for the first 6 years getting to a total of 160 distributors globally each ordering a minimum of $500K US annually with an estimated 20% annual growth.  That's just in product sales. We have not factored in general contractor training, equipment sales, privatized manufacturing, and annual distribution licensing.

Our management team had deep connections to the construction community, and we are working on obtaining orders for recoating factors, churches airplane hangers, apartment complexes, and houses, and even have Disney interested in our specialist coatings.

Our ask is that we are looking for an investor who either has some experience in the coatings world or someone who has connections and sees the huge potential that we offer.  Our goal is to raise enough funds to get us to where we can create more traction to generate rapid revenue growth and turbocharge our inventory turnover. Once we obtain the first round of funding, we expect to turn that into profits quickly.
