Our vision is to fill this void by establishing "iNFiNiTY Air Jump Park," a state-of-the-art entertainment facility featuring trampolines, a rock wall, an indoor cycling club, dodgeball, a batting cage game, and more. We aim to stand out by offering a diverse range of activities beyond just a trampoline park.
The proposed space is 40,000 square feet, providing ample room for various entertainment options. The location is ideal, with over 1,000 condominiums being built to the north, a 1,000+ rent-to-own community to the east (with a walking path to the proposed location/plaza), a Target store planned to open in 2026 in the same complex, and a Fairmont hotel under construction, expected to attract over 80,000 visitors annually—all within walking distance.

Casa Grande is experiencing rapid growth, and there is nothing like our proposed facility within an hour's drive. We have engaged with Lamar Companies, the owners of the space, who are enthusiastic about our idea and recognize the significant need for such a facility in the area.
Our community desperately needs a positive outlet for children and families. We plan to offer summer programs, after-school activities, and collaborate with local organizations to provide enriching experiences for everyone.

The demographics are promising within a 5-mile radius, the population is over 58,000 with 21,000+ households; within 10 miles, the population exceeds 110,000 with 40,000+ households; and within 20 miles, the population exceeds 166,000 with 54,000+ households. These numbers are growing annually. The closest entertainment of this kind is 26 miles away and has the potential to bring in over $150,000 per month.

If 20% of the population within a 20-mile radius visited our jump park 4 time a year and each guest was charged $15, the annual revenue would be $1,992,000.
