A premier, destination full-service catering and events company. Currently doing around $30k monthly with zero marketing or overhead. Looking to launch a healthy snack food line, to reduce costs on vending options plus offering a superior product. Also, we have an upscale BLD diner, tapas, and craft cocktails concept with proven performance and demand. $40k-$50k per month in a very small unit with no liquor. Attaining $500k in funding would catapult us into a quick 3-5x volume within months.
