Our target market is progressive middle-aged women who want to facilitate American manufacturing and handmade products. We cater to them by offering eco-friendly leather products that don't break the bank but allow us to employ a team of diverse artisans in flexible and living wage-certified conditions. Our market size is expansive - anyone who will appreciate or resonate with our story, appreciate the quality of the product we craft, and enjoy the experience we are creating of the best boutique brick and mortar store in a mid-size city, from the comfort of your home. Our Small business and artisan craft sphere experience for the last 2 decades gives us insight into production, terms, and trends that we feel is invaluable.
As a traditionally made-to-order leather goods manufacturer & shop, we plan to pivot to a primarily ready-to-ship stock of our smaller, popular leather goods. Our most considerable struggle this year has been the availability of raw materials to create, which has left us having to delay a large portion of our in-house-made items, and disappoint customers.
With 16 years in business, we have learned the art of the pivot. Most recently, we introduced other small artisan goods and are currently scaling as the reception has been great!
A flagship attribute is our one-of-a-kind bags. In order to scale we would use our significant social media presence to create buzz around small limited edition releases multiple times a year.

Our full-time SEO team has increased our organic traffic by over 200% in the last year, and our retail website is currently in a 60% yoy growth spurt!
Our team is a diverse group, all LGBTQIA+ and majority female-identifying. We are woman-owned and run, and our goals are always to contribute back to our community and facilitate education on manufacturing (with a focus on American-made goods) and e-commerce education for artisans to gain financial independence locally and globally.
