Immaculate Home Builders (IHB) offers a "NO MONEY UP FRONT PAY AT CLOSE" Renovation Concierge Service for homeowners that are selling their home. IHB is realtors’ trusted partner for getting their sellers’ homes market-ready with comprehensive renovations, staging, painting, and more – with no upfront costs until the house sells. We only offer this framework to homeowners that are putting their properties on the market for sale. We work directly with the real estate agents & brokers to ensure that the property looks the part to be able to sell at the highest market value.

Immaculate Home Builders will come in and do all of the work that's needed to the property with no cost to the home seller up front. We get paid at closing with a 20% finance added to the cost of the renovation.

I have been a licensed contractor for more than 25 years, and I am an expert in my field of residential construction. I currently have an admin and a marketing team, and I would like to add a strong sales team & have the capacity to do 5–10 remodels during the same cycle.
