This projects is to acquire an existing live attraction currently running with in-place operations and profit.
The attraction will then be expanded - growing the IP, characters, story and experience. The plan leads to a repeatable business model which will then be duplicated in multiple US locations and ultimately franchising the attraction and licensing the IP.
Operating in a local market with a good tourism flow, this first location already serves middle to upper income guests. This is a family orientated attraction, primarily targetting childern in the 5-10 age range.
The plan includes adding a significant second offering which will drive further local customer support. The location currently features a strong retail component which will tie into the branded IP and backstory.
Our creative team includes designers and consultants who've work with Disney, Universal Studios and Cirque Du Soleil.
Our operations team currently runs our Las Vegas attraction and has produced multiple live attractions, shows and experiences.
Our sales team already operates in the live attraction market, along with a background in group and convention sales.
The mission is to create a Disney level attraction on an accessible local level.
