My name is Lucas Fernandez and I am CEO of Illuminate Recovery. Together with my wife Nicole Fernandez we started our company in 2020, right before the Covid pandemic.  We have poured our hearts and souls into helping save the lives of addicts and alcoholics. I, an addict myself, have found great success in selling treatment because of my fist hand knowledge of the disease of addiction. We work hand in hand with our clients and clinical team to provide a truly personalized program. We communicate love and compassion that sets us apart from our competitors.    

We are a Joint Commission accredited outpatient substance abuse program with in-network contracts (Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and AHCCCS)Illuminate Recovery LLC meets five days per week (M., T., W., Th., and Fri.) between the hours of 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. In addition, every client meets with his or her  individual therapist once weekly to address individual issues.  We have found great success with out curriculum and treatment program. We need working capital to fund marketing to be more competitive. We have an out patient center in Scottsdale, AZ where we run groups. Our PHP/IOP program consists of Clinical and Psychiatric Assessments, Individual Therapy and group Counseling Sessions, Evidence Based Curriculum addressing triggers, relapse awareness, healthy boundaries, emotional wellness, stress and anger management, lectures on the disease process as well as other pertinent information. There are process groups as well as psycho-educational groups geared to help our clients learn proper communication skills as well as conflict resolution. We can diagnose and treat for co-occurring disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.  We have found great success in the development of positive support networks through regular twelve step meeting attendance, which is also an integral part of our teaching and learning process. All of this is combined with an individualized treatment plan constructed by a primary counselor.  We also employ an Addiction Psychiatrist as our Medical Director. 

Our structured Sober Living (Sobriety Experience) component is comprised of four state licensed  homes  in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. These homes have live-in house managers and charge weekly rent to clients. 

Our main goal is to make our company profitable and be able to keep providing life saving services. There is room for expansion into residential treatment with one of our properties. with the proper funding, but first we would like to be more competitive in the outpatient w/ supportive housing market.

We are seeking  300-400k and willing to give up  shares of our company.
