Ice Cream Dan

This will be an ice cream truck used around neighborhoods, at special events, weddings, parties, and festivals/concerts. We will have a truck with prepackaged ice cream, ice pops, Italian ice, water and snacks.  I have previously worked as an ice cream man with another company that closed shop. Ice Cream Dan is in tribute to the kids and families on my routes who would refer to me as Ice Cream Dan the Ice Cream Man.  I am seeking funding to purchase a truck, prep truck, buy freezers and initial product inventory. Gross sales from May to September equals about $40k.
Product will include Hersheys, Bombpops, Good Humor, Blue Bunny, and novelty products. We will include snacks such as chips and candy. We will also sell water and dog/pet ice cream. 
I currently have multiple routes, including Traverse City, Long Lake, Lake Ann, Interlochen, and Grawn, MI. I plan to expand to Cedar, Glen Lake, Sutton’s Bay, Lake Leelanau, and Kingsley areas. 
Average weekly income is $2000.00 which can go up to $5000.00 during special events (Traverse City Cherry festival, Cedar Polka Fest) and weather. These number are directly from the previous years sales. 
I have put together a business plan and 1st year budgetary numbers. 
I have many customers already messaging me about their kids looking forward to seeing me and to be at birthday parties, family events, and other functions. Upon funding, I can be operational within 2 weeks, pending the turnover time getting and securing freezers, ice cream truck music speakers, shelving, and product. Order forms for the ice cream distributors is awaiting sending. 
I also own a tax preparation and bookkeeping business which all bookkeeping will be handled through our QuickBooks system. 
I have an Instagram account for the business and will be starting a Facebook page so families can stay up to date with daily routes and can maintain contact for setting up schedules. 
I am asking for $10k to purchase a used truck and supplies. If I can find $25k I would be able to purchase the trailer and get it set up and buy a newer truck with a longer usage life.
Future: to enhance the business, I would like to purchase a trailer for soft served ice cream. The ice cream truck and trailer would be used at concerts, festivals, special events and other business activity wishing for soft serve.
