The restaurant will operate strictly for breakfast and lunch from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, seven days per week. The concept emphasizes American breakfast favorites, scratch-made comfort food, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, daily specials, quality ingredients, and generous portions. 

I also want to market this location heavily, as it was a very busy cafe up until it sold. The new owner did not know how to market this business; I do. I marketed a Mexican fast-food business to earn 75,000 a week. I am not saying I will do that much in sales, but I know how to market the business and build repeat business.
