My goal would be to purchase an existing salvage yard that's been in the Pardeville, wi for 30 years or more. My business plan is to purchase many late model salvage vehicles, centering on shipping high expensive parts nationwide as well as selling parts to Wisconsin repair facilities and walk in customers. I would also offer used cars, trucks and SUVs purchased from local salvage auctions. I would rebuild these autos and offer them for sale on the property or haul them to any of the local auto auctions to sell them. As the business gets more customers I would offer in house rebuilt engines and transmissions. I would purchase a semi tractor and 2 scrap hauling trailers to haul in my scrap versus paying someone to come in and haul scrap material. I have the dedicated, trusted employees lined up to give 110% to make this happen.
