We are a highly profitable self-funded software startup who specializes in the Managed Services provider (MSP) consulting space. We help these consultants show Small to Medium Businesses how technology will help them grow.
We have a software package that integrates with Technology Consultants (MSPs Specifically) to allow them to identify whitespace, and track projects and budgets across their clients. We also have media to advise MSPs on how to have better customer engagement. Often small MSPs see an increase of 10K per month in project revenue alone, while larger MSPs see much more.
Our sales model is month-to-month or annual with a coaching package upgrade. The average monthly revenue per customer is $449.04 as of June 25th.
We have been growing steadily and have leveraged debt so far to grow. We would like to partner with an investor who is familiar with the MSP and SMB space. Our software (humanizeit.biz) and podcast (Humanize IT with 200+ episodes) are gaining traction in the space as the go-to Account Management software for MSPs. We have won several awards at conferences for Best Solution and Best Newcomer as well as ITBD's Spirit award for the energy we bring to the channel.
In our slide deck, we detail how if we were to hire more sales cold callers pushing our calls from 400 a week to 1200 a week we could triple the number of customers coming on from 4 to 12 a month. Then by attending more events (at least 4 a year), and integrating with a few more software packages we can take our company from a 4M valuation to a 20M valuation in just 3 years. We believe the total cost here is 5K /mo for the sales, 80-100K/year for the conferences, and about 50K for development. If we were to get the full investment we would build out our sales team even more and double the amount of conferences we would attend over the next 3 years, guaranteeing our success potentially pushing us to the 100M valuation mark in 5 years.
Risks:
Most of our debt is SBA low-interest loans from Covid. If an investor were to pay off these loans they would see a significant profit. However with these loans being so low interest we have been taking our time to pay them off.
We are still bootstrapped, and this is an expensive industry to compete in, as we have no investors we are at a disadvantage vs other less mature products who have more cash to market.
