“Makers Exchange” is a locally owned retail/consignment destination located in Pearland, Texas that specializes in high-quality furniture consignment and rental spaces for local artisans, crafts people, and vintage curators. By combining the steady monthly income of vendor rentals with the high-margin potential of furniture consignment, the business minimizes risk while offering a diverse, ever-changing inventory that drives repeat foot traffic. Weekly and monthly events provide additional visibility and community engagement.

Furniture consignment and vendor marketplace, featuring local vendors. There is a need for both in the Pearland, Texas community.  Many vendors have been displaced since "Painted Tree", closed down. I already have a list of vendors waiting for a new home.  From handmade pieces to home decor, to one-of-a-kind finds.  Rebranding what has already been established to fit the more sustainable day of life.  Having a safe and comfortable place for the community to be able sell their loved items and find a new loving home.

Offering pop-up shops so the community can share and pass to the next generations skills that will come in handy and memories to last a lifetime.  Here’s how that concept naturally expands into something real and impactful.
