Hello, my name is Tosha and I am the Owner of H&R Nursing Services P-LLC. I am seeking assistance in raising $500k to enhance and bridge the gap between Healthcare Professionals and Clients.
My Company is in the healthcare field to provide education and resources to the community. H&R Nursing Services P-LLC is dedicated to assisting in improving the quality of life for the elderly in minority and low income communities. We are requesting capital for certifications for HUB Zone, Women Owned and Minorty Owned to gain access to low income areas to build up the community and provide safety, housing, education, and Healthcare supplies/testing/medication for those who can not afford it.
With over 25 years in the Healthcare Industry and Nursing for 13 years, I have a great for patient care, customer service, and case management to reduce the frequency of hospitalization. I would like to create a Case Management program that is tailor made for individuals who are admitted into the hospital more frequently due to lack of resources, funding, transportation to appointments, and a lack of follow up and care from their family.
I would like to implement a Medical Transportation plan for those who are unable to attend their appointments due to lack of transportation.
I would also love to incorporate a meal prep plan that goes along with my clients disease process to educate on proper food choices.
Overall funding would be applied towards proper licensing and certifications, training, marketing, vehicles, website development, medical supplies, staffing and payroll, and daily operations.
