I am looking for funding to expand my business by building a new facility. I currently rent a facility that is 3600 sqft and I am looking to build a new facility (9600 sqft) on a piece of land I currently lease. I currently do about 40k a month in sales and I also have new customers that are willing to do 300k worth of work with me next year. My current customers also are expanding every year. If I can build a new facility I will be able to take on more projects and I could potentially triple my production with a good building layout and some more minor equipment purchases. I currently employ 5 team members and I would like to expand with a new facility that will drastically improve my production speed and still be able to provide a quality service to my very diverse customer list.
