HVSI is a State Licensed Provider of Housing , Behavioral Health ,, and other Supportive Services to Children/ Families involved in the Foster Care System, Veterans, Young Adults,, and other Populations of the Homeless Community as a Provider for the Coalition for the Homeless- Houston/ Harris County.
We are licensed under Health and Human Services (HHSC), Child Protective Services ( CPS), and the Veterans Administration for providing Treatment and Care to improve the Quality of Life of our Communities. These Programs requires a Staff of State Licensed Professionals, ie. Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Administrators, Nurses, Social Workers, Addiction Specialists, Educators, and etc…
Our housing and treatment programs are located in Richmond,Texas, and on Main Street in Downtown Houston..
We are building capacity for both locations.
