My name is David Lopez and I currently own 15 rental units, which I acquired in 2 years. I have an MBA, have spoken at TEDx twice, and I'm the Head of Finance of a tech company.
I'm looking for funding to expand my portfolio faster than on my own cash flow. The investment will return 7% net of taxes to the investor (paid monthly); principal will be repaid in 5 years, but could happen earlier.
