Hospitality House LLC

I am opening a Tapville Social franchise in El Segundo California. This will be a self pour tap room set up, where guests will be able to use RFID cards to pour various beers and wines from the tap wall and order from the kiosks on the tables. I am looking to get a total of 200k for 18%, or 4.5% for every 50k put in for investment, I am projecting the restaurant to do 3 million a year, with 15% return. These numbers come from what businesses in the complex are currently doing, and restaurants in the local area. Tapville Social is a successful franchise concept out of Naperville, costs are lower in regards to labor for this concept because a lot of the experience is guest controlled.  I plan to open more than one location, and plan to house multiple franchise food concepts under Hospitality House LLC. Using my 11 years of Dave and Busters management experience, which included running buildings with volume as much as 26 million and team members of up to as high as 350, I have opened over six of these location. In the long term, plan to grow Hospitality House to not only have multiple restaurant franchises, but also a recruitment side that will not only fill restaurants under Hospitality House but will also take outside clients that require recruitment for their hospitality locations.
