I would love to bring a bakery to my town that offers delectable treats, sweets, and desserts! It would be very personable and feel like a home away from home! The bakery would offer all kinds of desserts: cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, chocolates, macarons, tarts, pies, pastries, and more. It would also have holiday-themed desserts and delectables for every occasion as well (such as weddings, bridal/baby showers, graduation, birthdays, anniversaries and more). The bakery would offer booth-style tables as well as traditional ones. It would have a personal look and feel with a classic theme. We would offer board games to play, local merchandise for sale and the opportunity to take an evening class (such as Spanish) in the conference room. The bakery would be a great place for teens and adults alike to congregate in a safe and healthy atmosphere; to eat treats or desserts, drink coffee/tea, to hang out, to play games, to learn, and to ultimately come to a place that feels like a home away from home. It is not your typical bakery; it is a community spot where everyone comes to at some part of their day or week.  There currently is no proper bakery in my town. There is just a single bakery that offers donuts, bagels and bread. In fact, there are very few bakeries nearby as well; all in different towns and with very few options as far as desserts and treats. This town is in dire need of a bakery and it would do very well here. I would be happy to share some pictures of some of my baking best sellers. I have sold locally this year but really need a place to pull it all together. I speak six languages and have also taught for many years and could teach language classes here as well. From my experience in this area, there is a great need and desire for adults and kids to learn languages and it is a great money maker and would help bring in revenue at the bakery, plus additional revenue in baked goods sold while the classes are being offered. We could also rent out the adjoining conference room to the public for additional revenue. This conference room would be separate from the bakery but still inside of the bakery. Almost like a speakeasy but with an entirely different theme! Trust me this would be a huge hit and success! I also have my sister who would be supporting me as a lead baker who also went to school for baking. If you could imagine my style of baking it would basically be the Pinterest of all baking recipes: enticing, beautiful, delicious, and superior in every way.
