GFM Home Care, LLC dba Home Matters Caregiving PA/OH is both a Territory Developer and Franchise Owner for Pennsylvania and Ohio, with the ability to expand into Virginia and Maryland. We currently operate three locations in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Cleveland.

We are in a high-growth industry with a strong, experienced team that has bought, sold, and built multiple entities in the past. Our innovative, personalized approach to in-home care — including the use of AI in the home — is changing the way care is delivered in our markets.
