We are developing a real estate evaluation model that would include a consumer model where property owners "own" their listing and can keep it current to help establish a true home value. Users will see a "base" listing (already vetted) and can augment with better photos, corrected data, upgrades not shown, etc. It will end with the single most accurate property database in the US.
The database has been prototyped in 50 zip codes and the model is being developed with terrific success.
We are seeking the investment to build a team, set up the web page and infrastructure. The current model is being developed as part of an already successful data business, but in a different vertical.
