Home-Eq is built on a patent pending process and technology to empower Consumer Equity where consumers purchasing products and services from corporations have the opportunity to earn equity in the corporation providing the products and services.
Consumer Equity gives consumers access to the wealth enhancement potential of owning corporate stock.
Consumer Equity provides corporations with a new customer loyalty tool that reduces taxable profits without reducing retained cash while at the same time improving the accretive potential of their corporate stock by expanding the number of potential buyers through access to a new audience of previously excluded investors.
The Home-Eq housing model will issue Resident Shareholders monthly Home-Eq Rewards in exchange for monthly housing payments. The Home-Eq Rewards will be backed by a portion of Home-Eq's profit earned from providing a residential housing solution. Resident Shareholders will have the option of converting accumulated Home-Eq Rewards into future rent payments or converting accumulated Home-Eq Rewards into Home-Eq corporate stock. Upon conversion Home-Eq will book the previously reserved profit as a housing solution service payment or the sale of stock.
Home-Eq intends to expand its product offering over time providing additional goods and services with the opportunity for consumers to further accumulate Consumer Equity Rewards.
Home-Eq and the patent pending Consumer Equity solution were conceived by Philip Verges.
