I will be purchasing single and multifamily properties at auction between 50-80% of their market value and selling them on the open market for maximum value. Anywhere from $20,000-120,000 per property is how much of a return on investment. Within a year, I would expect to make back whatever funding I will receive. Wholesaling works no matter the situation within the real estate market. As I will be focusing my attention on markets that are growing through what could be defined as a recession or lull in real estate due to interest rates, I would expect selling to happen as it normally does and the opportunity to purchase increases with better return as I will be competing with less people in the market.
