HobbyHack

Existing hobby education platform looking for an investor who has a team in mind that could take our idea and run with it.

hobbyhack.com is an existing platform designed to teach people hobbies like woodworking and other hands-on hobbies in a social environment. I'm not looking for funding, we're looking for investors that might have a team in mind that needs a good idea to work on. The app is currently focused on teaching woodworking but was designed with a framework to expand to other hobbies. We designed the app to encourage social engagement is small teams of 25 or less with similar skill levels and crew members grade one another's work before users advance to the next level.

The monetization strategy included six possible streams: Monthly Subscriptions · Advertising for Freemium tier · One-on-One live video assistance fees* · Affiliate marketing · Future live one to many classes · Premium tier that included all services.
The real value is a bit hidden, and that’s the ability to collect valuable data about each user within the app. For example, in the woodworking version, we initially collect data like: · Skill Level · Existing tool collection · Time spent in the hobby · Time spent on woodworking tasks Through additional interviews as users become engaged in the app you could collect information like, shop size, ability to work with others, Full time/part time participation, and anything else you can think of to add value to future endeavors.
Additional information is available and I'm available for scheduled calls.
Thank you for your consideration,
Dave Ferons
