We are an accredited, for-profit postsecondary institute with 350 students in two locations near Atlanta GA and Nashville TN with 60 employees and have been operating for over 35 years. Rule changes from the department of education have caused a short term serious cash crunch that have hurt the schools. We are about to come into our busiest quarter where historically more than 40% of our $8 million annual revenue is earned... if we can get there.
